Hi Manikandan,

I'm currently doing something similar, you may want to look at grid forces:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd/2.9/ug/node43.html
You'll probably need a matlab code to define the grid but it's not that
hard to do.
I get the fields from comsol, but if you already know the field it may be
even easier.
