Did it output a lot of stuff to the screen?

 

If you run just "namd2 ubq_ws_eq.conf", it will output to the terminal
window. If you run "namd2 ubq_ws_eq.conf > ubq_ws_eq.log" , it should
produce a log file.

Hi,

 

I have downloaded the latest version of namd for windows platform and now
I'm going through NAMD tutorial. up till now everything was working fine
except when i run the simulation i didn't receive the ubq_ws_eq.log file. so
now my question is can i write some extra command in ubq_ws_eq.conf file to
get this file. or maybe I'm not running namd2 correctly, can you help me to
solve this problem. all other files are there except this one.
