Hi, regarding the NAMDS tutorial, for the simulation of ubiquitin in a water box, i want to view the animation and know what happens during the 5 ps. i tried loading the ubq_wb_eq.dcd into ubq.wb.psf and i cant see any animation. Is there something wrong?
