Hello,

I have problems generating the file PSF for a dimer model and its
heteroatoms (ACP and Mg). I'm using the topology file
top_all27_prot_lipid.rtf. It should work? Actually I'm following the
membrane protein and NAMD tutorials and I'm not sure how should I well
proceed...
