Hi every body
we are performing two MD simulation of two complexes. one is a peptide-nanotube and the other is a ligand-RNA. in order to generate a psf file for each of the complexes we need topology file for the carbon nanotube and ligand molecule. how can we make a topology file from pdb file. also after seprating the pdb files of complexes (into ligand and receptor), how can we make a one psf from two pdbs (ligand and receptor).
