Dear NAMD users,

I have received an error message while I was running a MD simulation at a constant pressure.

How can I restart from a checkpoint or increase margin?
I am looking foward to your reply.

FATAL ERROR: Periodic cell has become too small for original patch grid!
Possible solutions are to restart from a recent checkpoint,
increase margin, or disable useFlexibleCell for liquid simulation.
