Dear NAMD users,
In the NAMD log file, i can found one line as follows:
Info: USE HYDROGEN BONDS? NO
Does it mean that during MD simulation, hydrogen bonding is not taken into account?
and i also want to know if there are any comments can be used for HYDROGEN BONDING?
Thanks!
Hui Zhu
