To send a message to NAMD-L, subscribe to the list and then send a message of under 40,000 characters from your subscribed address to namd-l@ks.uiuc.edu.

NAMD-L is unmoderated, however posting is limited to only those people that are subscribed to the list. This prevents email spammers from abusing the list. If you are not subscribed to the list, your post will be silently dropped. Make sure that you post from the same email address you subscribed with. If you don't see your posts within a few hours after you send them, its likely that your email was dropped due to a mismatch between your posting address and your subscription address.

NAMD-L will not distribute messages larger than 40,000 characters. Do not attach large files to your messages. Instead, include only the relevant parts of the files and provide a URL (pointing to your own web server) where the complete files are available.
