Abstract

Dr. Ashkan Fakharzadeh received a B.Sc. in Physics and M.Sc. in Cosmology and High Energy Physics back in his home country, Iran. In 2023, he obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from North Carolina State University under supervision of Drs. Sagui and Roland, specializing in molecular dynamics studies and free energy calculations. Currently, he serves as a visiting scholar in Dr. Moradi's lab at the University of Arkansas. Dr. Fakharzadeh has published several peer-reviewed papers and is a member of ACS, and BPS.

Research interests in Biomolecular Simulations, Molecular Dynamics, Enhanced Sampling Techniques, Deep Learning, Non-equilibrium Statistical Mechanics and Drug Discovery
