Hi,
You can load a PDB file at the VMD command prompt with this command:
mol load pdb somefile.pdb
If you're on unix, and its not in the current directory, you'd use:
mol load pdb /users/me/somedirectory/somefile.pdb
If you're on Windows, you'd do this:
mol load pdb c:/myproject/somedirectory/somefile.pdb
Please let us know if you need any other help.
Thanks for using VMD!
