Hello,
I would like to make a figure showing the timeline but include x and y
axes, i.e. residue number and frame number (or even better, simulation
time). The timeline plugin, however, only prints the content of the window
and not the axes.
Is there a way (short of recoding the timeline plugin) to printout axes
with the content of the window?
Or perhaps, can the data dumped from the timeline plugin read into some
other program that can give me axes?
Thanks,
miro
