Hi,
It appears you have a GeForce 5500 card. The newest version of VMD
requires cards that support the full GLSL spec, including the use of
the gl_FrontFacing attribute. I'm guessing that your 5500 card/driver
isn't providing the gl_FrontFacing attribute because it is an older
generation card. You could either upgrade your card/driver to something
newer, or you could use a modified version of the VMD GLSL shaders that
will use an approximate/almost-correct workaround for older cards that
lack this feature. Given the low cost of GPUs these days, I'd suggest
getting a newer card like a 6800,7800, or 8800 which will also give you
a significant speed boost.
