Hello vmd users,
      I am using timeline plugin in vmd for calculating secondary
structure of a protein of 250 residue. I want to do the same for a stretch
of residue ( for e.g - residue no 9 to 50) in the same protein. How
timeline plugin will use for a particular stretch of residue and how to save
it? Hope you will help me in this matter
