I would like to select complete residues that contain some
atom within a distance of some group. For example, I would like "see" the
residues of the binding site of a protein, so I try to use
within 5. of segname LIG
(LIG being the ligand). But, of course, only a few atoms of
each residue appear. Is there a practical way to show the
complete residues instead?
Thanks,
Leandro.
