Maybe buying a faster computer would help.
Sorry for the sarcasm, but the information you gave is just too sparse
for us to be able to help you in any way.
If you want to get help, please specify at least:
- - the system you are using (i.e. processor, memory, and graphics card)
- - what exactly you have been trying to do with VMD
- - what you mean by "too slow": does it start too slow, does it take too
long to load a molecule, does it display too slow,....
