Hello everyone,
I started using VMD very recently. I know how to save plots using render
option.
I could able to save original plots which are which are given by VMD when
HISTORY file is uploaded.
When I modify the plot like, lable the atoms or do some other else I could
not able to save the plot
using render option.
Any one please help me out in this regard. What option do I need to use to
save such plots.
