Sorry I was too quick in asking questions! It seems the coloring method
"Pos" provides the radial coloring. Also, "Index" serves my purpose of
distinguishing different parts of a polymer chain.
I shall check the test version pretty soon for the position-dependent
color along X/Y/Z axes.
