hi.
i make a manual test with 10 xyz images and load how tell in multimolecule animation in:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/plugins/multimolanim/
and runs good for a system with diferent numbers of atoms.
but now i want simulate a more big system and need automate it.
