Hi,
I'm having problems installing the plugin source code and thus I'm
running catdcd binary instead. My question is how can I run the binary
(i.e. ./catdcd ....) from within a proc or a namespace? It works
perfectly when using "./catdcd" outside a proc in a tcl script. I've
also read at the catdcd documentation that it is included in the
latest version of vmd. Does this mean that if compiling from source
code I could be able to run it by typing catdcd in the tkconsole?
Tom
