Dear VMD1.8.6 user

I want to select 10 A of protein's residue from my peptide and keep them
free. I want to keep Calpha atoms of remaining protein fixed. In addition, i
want all the water molecules to be set free.

Is it possible in VMD. Can you please suggest me commands.
