Hi

I have a dcd trajectory and I want to extract specific frames from this
trajectory.

I have a data file containing the frame numbers I want to extract. I want to
form a new trajectory file from these extracted frames. I'm sure there is
probably a simple way to do this but I am not very familiar with tcl
scripting.
