Hello,
I use VMD 1.8.7 on OSX 10.6 and I'm trying to prepare .vmdrc so that the
default molecule style is VDW, amongst other things. To do this particular
step I have added the following line to the file:
mol default style VDW
This however doesn't work. Other lines I've added work appropriately to
change the display. These include:
display projection orthographic
display rendermode GLSL
display resize 900 500
What is the correct command for setting the default representation of all
molecules to VDW? I cannot find a different expression in the mailing list
archives or user's guide. Thank you.
Regards,
Eric
