Hi VMD users,
 
My previous message was not clearly show in the mailing list so i try again.
 
I would like to do a movie with VMD with differents pdb file obtained from a simulation of detergents in water with a time line to show the evolution of my system as a function of time. Is it possible to do this with VMD. I am not an expert in VMD and in tcl scripting so I have searched in a script in the VMD's script library and with google with no success.
