dear domenica,

there is not reason to repost after only a couple of hours.
mailing list processing for lists with many subscribers can
take a while, particularly when e-mail addresses don't resolve.

in any case the scripts that you are looking for are - of course -
part of the VMD distribution (otherwise VMD could not use them).
look up where your VMD binaries are installed and then go to
plugins/noarch/tcl/cgtools/
