Hi all,

I am currently simulating a nanochannel flow problem. I need to determine
the velocity profile (or average velocity) of the fluid in the channel. I am
new with VMD so could you please provide some guidance on how I can get
velocity profile out of a simulation (I have the .veldcd file). Maybe
suggest some starting point?
