Hi,
If you want to create anaglyph stereo images using photorealistic
renderers like POV-Ray or Tachyon, I suggest rendering the pair of
stereo images normally first (e.g., in VMD, set the stereo mode to
"Left" render an image, then set stereo mode to "Right" render another
image). Once you have a stereo pair of full-color images, you can
convert them to red/cyan or one of the other popular anaglyph formats.
The recent versions of the NetPBM tools contain a conversion routine
that will do this for you, once you've got both images converted to PPM
format:
