hi all,

i am working with a peptide structure which i coarse grained
using the RBCG coarse graining tool in CGtools extension.

Hoewever the coarse grained beads are not connected,
that is the linkage is not present in the file and even
after generating the psf the linkages do not appear.

even in the vmd visualization window it is shown as a group of
unconnected beads.

could anyone suggest what needs to be done or where did
i go wrong ?
