hello users

i loaded lammps trajactory of single straight polymer chain in vmd ..
chain seems to be rigid and straight i want to compact it

is there any option i can get compact structure (nonlinear) instead of
straight chain and the data for compact structure?

one more question i deleted some bonds; can i get/save data of new (after
deleted bonds) structure in lammps data format.

any suggestion are welcomed!
