Dear Axel, I asked to the author of these tools but couldn’t get an explanation about the installation procedure of the tools into VMD for ubuntu 12.04. And I wanted to contact the people who may try to install an analysis plugin to VMD.  Could you please help me to install these tools into vmd ? Thank you very much for your attention.
