Thanks for your reply and
interest. I did a lot of trial. I think there are some shortcomings related to
the installation. Could you please share the name of libraries which are essential and
suitable for VMD 1.9.1 and your installation procedure for VMD ? I will again
try to install VMD to Centos linux cluster. So your information will be very
useful for me.

Hi,
There should be no special procedure for CentOS. VMD should work
fine out of the box assuming you have the normal libraries installed
on your CentOS machine. I run CentOS 6 on my laptop and VMD ran immediately
with no special installation when I had first installed it.
