Dear all,

I have a polymer membrane monolayer consists of 100 chains. I heated the
system gradually to get to the amorphous phase. Now to measure and make
sure from this system reaching to the amorphous phase I need to measure the
order parameter or is vmd had another measuring tools? or do I need to
write a TCL code.s
