Hi, I was wanting to measure the properties of a simulation compared to small angle x-ray scattering. I was wondering if the information gotten from "measure rgyr" could be directly compared to numbers from SAXS or if some weighting needed to be applied? Has anyone done this and could they provide me with some information?
