I have a structure and a CCP4 electron density map, which is loaded as an
Isosurface in VMD. The map is huge, while my structure is just a small
portion of the map. I cannot figure out how to display only a small portion
of the map around a certain selection of atoms of my structure.

Is this possible? I'm using VMD 1.9.1.
