Hi Axel,
Thanks for the answer. Apparently if I download the source code I do not
get the plugins, which are needed. Where do I dowload these?
Does your last sentence, "vmd 1.8.7 was the last version with support for
python compiled in" mean that I cannot get python even from the source code?
