Dear Friends,

I want to calculate the volume and surface area of my
DNA from amber trajectories, I installed the plugin Volarea from the
following site
http://compbiochem.org/Software/Volarea/Tutorial-Video.html

but I couldn't proceed further due to lack of information to deal with it.
Can anyone briefly describe it or refer to a tutorial.
