Hi dear vmd users, I imported my psf and dcd file into VMD, then by utilizing pbc tools I rearranged  all  the frames of trajectories, Now I would like to write out a new dcd file in order to analyse it via other programs, so would you please advise me on how to do it. Would be grateful for any advice. Cheers, Ramin.
