Hi Pawel,
Try the following: VMD -> File -> Log Tcl Commands to Console
Then: VMD -> Graphics -> Colors... ->
In Categories hit "Name"
In Names find and hit "10"
In Colors find and hit gray
Let us know if this way works. If it does, you will see the correct syntax in console.
