Hi,
Perhaps the easiest way is to rightclick on the molecule
<http://snag.gy/V8Dpb.jpg>, click "save coordinates" and under selection
write "not water".
Or using TCL scripting create a not water selection and use the writepsf
and writepdb methods.
It's all extremely well documented.
Best regards,
Ajasja
