Hi,
I recommend going through the excellent VMD tutorials
<http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/>.
Still, here is a quick way to do it:
Load the structure,
Go to Graphics -> Representations
Chose the Trajectroy tab.
Under Draw Multiple Frames write 0:20
