Dear John,
Thanks again for your response. I tried to execute the commands you asked
me to run. Here is response.

 Command : vmdbench cudamadd
      Response: vmdbench: command not found

and same response for  vmdbench cudabusbw.
Version of CUDA and Nvidia installed on our system is:

CUDA-Version :: 7.5-18
NVIDIA-Version :: 340.96 while We have NVIDIA Quadro k6000 GPU in our
machine.

What do you recommend to do next?
