thanks, i changed the plugin directory in the configure... so i
proceeded a little bit further (but not much). after config, make depend
and make i get:

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/home/vrbka/tmp/vmd/vmd-1.8.2/src

and i cannot find the values.h file anywhere... so what is wrong now?
