Hi guys,
  Yeah, most BSD systems I've seen don't have a "values.h" in the
system includes, so you should comment out that #include directive in
the pre-generated AtomParser.C code. I think the contents of values.h
will be found by including math.h and the other mainstream headers if
they aren't already. I don't have a NetBSD test box here, so I don't have
a convenient way to test this for myself presently. It shouldnt' be too
difficult to build VMD from source on a BSD system, as the MacOS version
of VMD is 95% the same as you'd do for a BSD system since MacOS X is
a BSD derivative.
