Hello!
Downloading a PDB file with "mol pdbload <refcode>" or with the pdbload plugin doesn't work any more.
VMD as well as the plugin use a download link like "http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/downloadFile.do?fileFormat=pdb&compression=NO&structureId=%s", but on the website this isn't working any longer. The correct link is "https://files.rcsb.org/download/ Regards,
