Hello,
I am interested in duplicating my current simulation box into a 3x3 array
of a simulation coordinates (ie. selecting periodic images to draw +x +y -x
-y in the graphics) and then simulating that larger array. I was wondering
how to perform this in VMD. I cannot seem to find any PBC commands that
seem to do this.
If there is no command to do such, would it be suggested that I create a
script to duplicate my original box based on the box size, as indicated by
the xst? Thanks.
