Hi all,
I'm using VMD on the regular for a set of fairly similar structures.
Whenever I load up a new file, my process is always the same: set the
representation to VDW, set the radius to 0.3, add a new representation, set
it to DynamicBond, set the cutoff to 2.8. Every time.
I'd love to be able to speed up this process by setting these
representations from the command line. Is that possible?
Many thanks,
Ross Williams
