Hello,
How would you suggest going about creating a layered crystal membrane
consisting of: a graphene layer, a SiO2 layer, and any insulating material
layer?

Im new to VMD, and MD as a whole, the learning curve is pretty steep!
Forgive me if I come off as a bit dense.
