Hi

I have been trying to place the protein/DNA complex in the center of the
box using the (wrap ) option in VMD, but it did not work! a small part of
the DNA is showing outside the box
I want to watch the VMD movie, but I need to solve the problem first. So,
How to we solve this problem? Could you please help me with that
