Hello,
I am using VMD 1.9.4 on a Windows 10 computer and I would like to perform PCA on some simulations. I have tried using NMWiz, but I cannot seem to get the ProDy interface to work on Windows. Is there a tcl script to perform pca on a dcd trajectory?
