Harindar,
  Power could be the problem I guess, I don't know what the deal was
with the particular Stereographics emitters that I experienced this problem
with, they worked on some machines but not others, we just swapped emitters
between machines and the problem went away in the short-term. As long as
you tell the Stereographics guy your exact hardware, they ought to be able
to solve your emitter problem for you. It sounds like you're video board
is doing stereo just fine and your problem is just with the emitter itself,
or the cable between the emitter and your video board.
