Dear Yu,
  I've been checking into your structure. I had hoped that some
of my recent changes to VMD to prevent problems with inter-chain bonds
with the ribbon/cartoon/etc reps would cure yours, but in testing
yours still encounters some other problem. I'll have to look into
this some more and get back to you. Do you have other examples
of structures that encounter this problem?
